3. Hospital & Employer Obligations
Hospitals, healthcare networks, and clinic directors posting vacancies on Locumly agree that:
- All posted vacancies reflect authentic clinical openings with accurate salary ranges and location parameters.
- Hospitals shall never demand recruitment or security deposits from candidate doctors.
- Hospitals remain independently responsible for primary source verification (PSV) prior to clinical appointment.
4. Direct Contact & Transparent Recruitment
Locumly facilitates direct communication between medical administrators and qualified doctors. Locumly does not act as an employment agency and takes zero commission cuts from medical professional remuneration.
