🩺 Inpatient & Operating Duties • Manage acute coronary syndromes (STEMI, NSTEMI) and execute primary percutaneous coronary intervention protocols. • Interpret 2D/3D echocardiograms, transesophageal echoes (TEE), Holter telemetry, and dobutamine stress tests. • Conduct specialized bedside rounds in the Intensive Coronary Care Unit (ICCU) and titrate hemodynamic inotropes. • Oversee cardiac pacemaker implantations, electrophysiological evaluations, and post-procedural recovery. • Coordinate multi-disciplinary heart failure management clinics and lipid-lowering cardiovascular risk reduction plans.
