Specialized General Medicine OPD & IPD wings with advanced diagnostic equipment

Clinical Duties & Patient Care Responsibilities

Daily patient care, OPD consultations, ward rounds, and on-call schedules

Lead comprehensive Outpatient Department (OPD) clinics, evaluating 30-60+ specialized General Medicine cases per clinical session.

Conduct daily inpatient ward rounds, multi-disciplinary ICU visits, and supervise treatment plans for admitted patients.

Perform elective and emergency procedures in General Medicine adhering to established NABH safety checklists and clinical pathways.

Provide emergency on-call support for critical clinical presentations in the Emergency Triage / Trauma Center.

Guide and mentor junior resident doctors, medical interns, and nursing staff in patient management protocols.

Participate actively in Clinical Mortality Reviews, Multidisciplinary Tumor/Case Boards, and Continuous Medical Education (CME) seminars.

Procedural & Surgical Exposure

Comprehensive outpatient clinical consultations in General Medicine

Inpatient ward rounds, bedside clinical diagnostics, and therapeutic monitoring

Diagnostic interpretations and procedural interventions relevant to General Medicine

Emergency on-call coverage and interdisciplinary medical consultations

Quality clinical documentation and mortality/morbidity review sessions

National Medical Commission (NMC) & academic criteria

Primary Medical Degree

🎓 MBBS from an NMC/MCI recognized medical college

Postgraduate Specialization

🩺 MD / MS / DNB in General Medicine
